RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day full refund ( minus any postal costs ).

In order to qualify for a refund the client must contact us directly, by email only, and inform us of their intention to return the purchased item of jewellery.

The item of jewellery being returned must be sent back to us by special delivery , correctly packaged so as not cause any damage to the jewellery being returned, at the customers expense, within 7 days of notifying us of the return.

The item of jewellery must be returned unworn complete with its Diamond-Directory. London stock ticket still attached, in its original condition & showing no signs that it has been worn.

The item or items of jewellery being returned will be reviewed & if the they have been altered in any way, re-sized by a jeweller other than Diamond-Directory. London they will not be considered for a refund.

The piece of jewellery must not show any signs of damage, it must be returned in its original presentation box ( also un-damaged ) & any certificates that might be applicable to the piece of jewellery.

Failure to comply with any of these conditions can / will result in Diamond. Directory-London not refunding.

We are unable to offer refunds on bespoke items of jewellery or any jewellery that has been personalised or engraved.
